All the coating done was supplied from Chemco International and minimum surface preparation was done for the application of the coating system hense resulting in excellent saving in the completion time and expense as compared to the conventional coating system and at the same time getting a 5 years international warranty.
Scaffolding being erected on the legs where only washing and light sweeping was done and the area was given to the fabrication dept. After all the repairs were done we just washed the surface and coated it with Chemco system instead of blasting to sa 2 and then reblasting after steel repairs before the application of conventional coating system.
