These famous words of Colin Powell confirm time and again that challenges and opportunities do coexist. Charisma Ship Maintenance LLC (CMS) was born in the right place at the right time. It is better to light the candle than to curse the darkness. Do not doubt the target we have chosen merely because we encounter difficulties! We will be ready to be confronted with the impact of the age! 

Charisma is aware that Good Corporate Governance is an integral part of a successful. Likewise, Good Ship Maintenance services have also been a major part of CSM’s work process. The preceding has contributed in maximizing production, a better environment impacts management and improvement towards safety and health aspects of work. To support the aforementioned, CSM has Implemented ISO QMS 9001, EHS 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

Along with the spirit of innovation that never separates from any of Charisma’s operational aspects. The application of appropriate and current technologies is part of the ongoing effort to ensure that Customers’ requests are being fulfilled.

Charisma shall continue to develop itself and move forward along with all of its stakeholders.
